Don't Panic! It's Time to Reset the Votes to Zero!!

If you're new to BLOG VILLAGE, or to TopLists in general, you may be surprised when you take a look at our TopList tonight. Except for the Villagers who have votes since 5:01PM, all of the Villagers are back to zero. This happens each month. If you want to know when it will happen for next month, take a look at the very bottom of one of the BV pages. (You'll see the date and time of the next re-set is on Feb. 14th at 5:01PM PST.)

You will also find a link to this News blog at the bottom, and there's always a link to the newest Featured Villager after the #10 blog.

If you are interested in being Featured, please contact Janey Loree, Kilroy, or the Gatekeeper, the members of our Village Interview Team.

DB, what is the difference between a Blog Village banner and a voting link banner? Sorry if that's an obvious question. But would it be better to have a voting link on our blogs?

The voting link banner comes in several sizes, and includes code with your member number in it. All Villagers must have the voting link banner to remain on Active Status.

The BLOG VILLAGE banner would be an 468x60 pixels sized advertisement banner. which could be used to link to the News blog, or in a title.

I may be misinterpreting your question. What post has you confused?

Hehehe, what post has me confused? I'm always confused. LOL. Just kidding. I think I'm ok, but I'll keep checking. My banner just takes me to a page that says enter the village.

That page with all the wallpaper on it says Vote blah blah blah at the top. When you click the "Enter" button, you are voting for the blog you came from. Does that make sense???
